Six months or so after getting started, and with a great deal of help from Julia Douglas, my new website is finally up and running.

It is a large site. Instead of writing an autobiography, I seem to have assembled one out of drawings. There are still some substantial gaps, but much of my life is here: family and friends, places, journeys, memories, stories, experiments and, of course, the Living Scroll.

Putting it all together has been rather like sorting through an attic filled with drawings, scrolls, sketchbooks and assorted jumble, then trying to arrange everything so that other people can find their way around without tripping over it. The two drawings below tell the story—or, at least, a slightly idealised version of it.

I have now been handed the keys, so it is up to me to keep the attic in reasonable order while continuing to add to it. There are still a few rough edges to smooth out, and no doubt I shall discover others as I go along. From time to time, I hope to post new work, bring older drawings back into the light, or comment on things that have caught my eye.

It may not always remain quite as spick and span as the second drawing suggests, but the door is now open. Please come in and have a look around.

And if anything particularly catches your eye, I would be delighted to hear from you. Comments and suggestions are always welcome through the Contact page.

For a quick peek, Highlights under the Artwork tab offers a selection from across the site.
