For over thirty years, Victor worked at the UK’s Export Credits Guarantee Department (ECGD) while maintaining a parallel life as an artist. This book brings together sketches, watercolours, cartoons and illustrations created between 1973 and 2006, recording colleagues, office life, London streetscapes and the changing world of export finance.
